The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Website and the purchase of products through this Website. By using this Website to place an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following 'Terms and Conditions'. The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this Website and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Terms and Conditions
- Purchases made via this website are for delivery within Australia only. International orders placed will be cancelled and payment refunded within 24 hours. International sales may be considered on the basis of country and postage requirements and will be invoiced separately if approved. Use the 'Contact Us' page if further information is required.
- Due to our low stock numbers, orders need to be paid for up front and are not reserved once in your basket. We do not offer the option to resume a discarded basket nor reserved items in the basket. We cannot guarantee a browband will still be available when you are ready to make payment. If you submit your order but the particular browband has been sold, you can register for a notification to be sent an email when the particular design and size is back in stock.
- Ribbons Browbands are individually handmade and will naturally vary slightly in finished. All care is taken in the making of each browband and each is guaranteed against defective or faulty workmanship and/or ribbon.
- If you believe a browband is defective, Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving it. This contact must be in writing and is to include a full description of the fault and photos. Returns must be made to Ribbons Browbands within 14 days, in original condition with all tags and packaging, at the buyer expense. If the browband is found to be faulty, the postage costs are not refundable but a replacement Browband will be posted out free of charge. If a replacement browband is not desired, a refund of the original purchase price will be made excluding postage.
- Although we have browbands list in stock all the time, we may attend markets and trade shows from time to time. We will try our best to keep this Website up to date but there may be times when items have sold but are yet to be removed from this site. If a browband is marked as being in stock but has been sold, we will do our best to make another browband for you at the marked price although time will need to be allowed for it to be made.
- We recommend that you measure your existing browband before ordering as standard sizes vary depending on the manufacturer. Do not rely on the manufacturer's label such as Pony, Small, 13" etc. Instructions on how to measure your existing browband accurately and the Ribbons Browbands size guidelines are listed on the “Sizing” page of this website. In agreed circumstances, Ribbons Browbands may accept returns for incorrect choice of size in return for a replacement browband or a store credit, excluding shipping costs. If unsure about the size to order, you should contact us for further assistance before placing an order.
- Differences in hardware and software used to view products on this Website and variations in ribbon dye-lot may mean that the colours displayed appear different to the actual product. Ribbons Browbands is not responsible for ribbon colours not matching the colours you see on the screen and will not accept a request for a replacement or refund on this basis. If you are in doubt about the colours shown please contact us for clarification or for samples to be sent out prior to ordering.
- Ribbons Browbands will stand up to sweat and rain but are not waterproof and should not be full submerged in water at risk of damaging the ribbon. We will not accept a request for a replacement or refund for a browband damaged this way.
- All products will be posted Regular mail with Australia Post with tracking. Ribbons Browbands take no responsibility for lost items in the post but may offer a replacement depending on the order and circumstances. For larger orders, registration and insurance is recommended at the buyer’s expense and must be advised via the 'Contact Us' page prior to placing your order.
Order Acceptance Policy
By default, payment shall be made by PayPal. Direct Deposit may be offered at Ribbon Browbands discretion and must be arrange prior to placing an order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason and we shall immediately issue a refund for the payment made.
Typographical Errors
In the event browbands are inadvertently listed with the incorrect pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for those products. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. We shall immediately issue a refund for the amount paid.
Product Availability
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. We may, at our discretion, offer a substitute product which has substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order and refund your payment. We will contact you prior to substitution if that is necessary.
