Shipping and Delivery

Shipment of all orders will be from Murrumbateman, NSW.  Products listed as pre-made will be sent next business day following receipt of payment, unless otherwise notified.  All other browbands are  made to order and will be completed and shipped in order of payment received.  Leadtimes will depend on the orders already recieved with the expected shipping date to be advised upon confirmation of your order.

All items are sent in a standard Australia Post prepaid parcel satchel with tracking and a tracking number will be forwarded to you when posted. Mutliple browbands purchased in a single transaction will be sent in a single satchel and the satchel size & cost will be dependent on the number of browbands purchased. Buyers will be presented with the following default delivery option at checkout;

Standard Prepaid Parcel Post - Standard parcel delivery by Australia Post to anywhere in Australia only.

The option for pickup or local delivery may be available to local buyers but this must be arranged prior to placing your order.  If available, a refund of the postage cost will be made.

Customer Pickup/Delivery - Local pickup in Murrumbateman only on agreed weekend dates that may or may not coincide with local Farmer's Market days.  Delivery will be to an external local residential letterbox only, and at a time that is conventient to us.  Given our low stock numbers, browbands will not be held without payment.  All browbands for pickup/delivery must be purchased and prepaid through this site prior.

 

Returns

Generally, if you order the wrong size, we may exchange it providing it is returned to us at the buyer’s expense and in new and unused condition with all tags and packaging. For all exchanges please Contact Us first before you send it back to confirm that we are actually able to exchange it for you.  If a suitable replacement browbands is not readily available, a credit may be issued for a future purchase.

 

If your browband arrives damaged or not as you expected it, please contact us to discuss a possible replacement. In most cases we will ask you to send the browband back to us first and we will offer you the option of an exchange or refund.
